Safe inside park. Outside is a war zone

We have had a wonderful stay here at El Rancho. James and his wife were kind and helpful. The spot was level and well maintained. Friendly neighbors who many are permanent residents. Fire department is nearby so the sound of them rushing to a call happens every so often. The area outside is known as the war One buy the management team can be seen scouting things out throughout the day and night. I felt comfortable and safe while there. Rent prices by the day are truly reasonable for full hook up. I would definitely stay here again.

First First sent an email, then followed up 2+ hours later. He wouldn't book a rest because we about 2 hrs out, told us to call back when 1/2 hr out if they were available he book us a spot. To heck with this park and I have already reported it to GOOD Sam's. We booked with a park that was very happy to have our business.

how are you gonna call the cops on a 5 year old with autism? because he threw bricks into your property didn't damage nothing and the cop you called to our house said it's not against the law to throwbricks but the manager wants it on record. then you threatened to cut our line through Comcast Which is against the law and the cop said you will get into trouble and I will call the cops on you. don't stay here. very rude. he was yelling at my mom and he told her that Comcast has a week or he'll cut the line and my mom said please don't put that kind of pressure on me I have ptsd and he said he didn't care what she has and needs to live in the present and he'll jyst cut the line now.... btw ptsd doesn't work that way. if you have ptsd I wouldn't stay here he doesn't care. when my manager went over to ask them to trim there trees because they are hanging over into our property they we very rude and dismissive. I'll be contacting the owners about this situation very unprofessional. we love in the other side of the brick wall. i lived here temporarily and both of the managers( husband and wife) are disrespectful and rude. the place always needs something done and the lot space we were in has a backed up sewer line that they refuse to get fixed so it stinks of feces in that corner on Zuni and Wyoming and on the sidewalk off the property. also a couple of pedophiles live here so don't stay here if you have children. how are you gonna call the cops on a 5 year old with autism and a 7 year old? because he threw bricks into your property didn't damage nothing. then you threatened to cut our line through Comcast Which is against the law. don't stay here. very rude. when my manager went over to ask them to trim there trees because they are hanging over into our property they we very rude and dismissive. I am not saying at all what my kids did was okay at all so no I'm not making any excuses for them. and again nothing was damaged they were throwing bricks into an empty lot. someone responded to my review on Google and bad mouthed me saying I'm a bad parent and that my kids broke a window but they didn't again empty lot and the cop would of did something to us if they did break something I would pay for it of course but they didn't. a pedeophile lives here so if you have kids be careful.my 5 year old was throwing bricks over the wall at the rv park. The guy who always sitting outside went and told his manager my mom and boys went and cleaned them up and then he yelled at my mom that the cable company has until next wrk or he's cutting the line And my mom told him please don't put that kind of pressure on me I have ptsd. He told my mom I don't care what you have. You need to live in the present. And I'll just cut the line now.so she told him to eff off and said cut the line.He told me next time he sees the boys outside alone he will call the cops. it's not against the law for my children to be outside on our property and don't need someone there worth them 24/7 it only takes 5 minutes to make a mess anyone with children knows this.
