I went thru the drive up and asked for a receipt the bartista just looked at me . I drank some of my coffee and the lid was not on right so my iced caramel machiatto spilled all over me .
The staff is nice & service is quick. The outdoor seating faces Central and has ample shady spots.
This Starbucks is reliably always incredibly friendly. The coffee is good, and the service is quick, barring an order of a dozen fancy drinks in line ahead of me. I only wish they would tidy up the condiments station a little more often and clean up the parking area. There is always a bit of trash in the parking lot.
Even though I have a Starbuck literally 5 minutes from my house, I like going to the one in the Nob hill area. The employees there seem very genuine, polite and efficient; Especially Emma; This girl will go out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable. Always with a big smile.
