I don't know what this person who feels the service was bad was thinking or what they experienced. All I know is every time I come here to purchase my textbooks it's always been a great money saving experience. They always match prices online as much as they can. The staff is very friendly and it always seems like everyone there has a great time working together. I recommend this bookstore to every undergrad who is looking for lowest price in textbooks. Not only are they cheaper than anywhere else in town, the manager works with you to his best ability to get you the textbooks you need.
Go in person and don't use their online system because they only use it to store your method of payment and not to complete the transaction. This means they will charge you until you pick up the book and not when you order it.
I rated this 3 stars because I found what I was looking for but I am disappointed of their misinformation.
Awesomely great bookstore!
Tried calling at least a dozen times over the period of two days and zero answer. Went in person on a Thursday at 4:30 and they were closed despite listing a 5pm closing time. Wow, bad way to do business.
1st time coming to this store and I am dissapointed. I reserved my book online to rent a used book, called right away to make sure they would reserve the book and they confirmed they would. A few days later I came to pick it up and they charge me $34 extra because they were out of the used ones and gave me a new one.
Now I have to adjust this weeks budget because of this. Smh.
Called and reserved a book the day before they said they would be open at 8am. It's now 8:30 and they still aren't open. Drove all the way across town for this.... safe to say I won't be coming here again!
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the books they stock. Their prices are great and they'll happily special order any book that's not otherwise available. I also absolutely love the pet friendly atmosphere and getting to pet an amazingly friendly and happy dog.
