Poor customer service!
They've been around for a long time. Their products are unmatched in this city. They also do amazing custom and wedding cakes. I have to speed passed the place. My car has a mind of its own. It stops there against my will and won't leave until I buy salted caramel, chocolate cupcakes. My car is evil!!
I still struggle a little bit with the pricing of the cupcakes, but they are pretty delicious! The seasonal flavor selection is always interesting and usually really good. I wish they were just a little less expensive and lasted just a little bit longer when I brought them home.
Took my daughter in to use a card for a free cupcake that she got for her birthday. The guy who helped was rude and I’m guessing it was because we walked in 15 min before closing. This was on 11-2. He made it obvious that we were inconveniencing him and was super short with us. My daughter got the Oreo cupcake and didn’t like it. I got the chocolate cream which was good but we won’t be back due to poor customer service skills.
Very unfriendly. Walked in to a woman behind the counter putting together boxes. No greeting, no hello, nothing. Stood at the counter for a few minutes before finally being asked, "How many do you want?" Variety was lacking, there were only 2 to 3 cupcakes of each flavor, and a few that were out of stock.
We will find some one friendly to make a $600 wedding cake, for a special day instead.
One of ladies was nice, while the other was not.
Will not be returning nor will anyone i know.
These are, by far, the best cupcakes in the Southwest. They're amazing. The staff is excellent, friendly and engaging. They had a huge Halloween bash yesterday. Kids in costumes got a free cupcake. The kids decorated their own cupcake. They also gave away ice cream, made in house, for a dollar a scoop!
Customer service is very important to me!
