Horrible customer service!!! very disappointed
Very rude staff member! This place must have plenty of cash flow if they can afford to hire such rude staff to run their business. When I went in, the male staff member there appeared to be busy so I waited patiently at the counter to place my order. He glanced at me as though annoyed I was there, but made no greeting or acknowledgement of my standing there. After a few minutes, another customer walked in, and he immediately asked her how he could help her. She looked at me and said, "he was here first", but the clerk replied, "oh, that's not important", and insisted on helping her. She gave me an uncomfortable look, and I myself was just stunned any clerk could be so evasive and rude. I told her to have a good day, and took my business somewhere else. I'll be encouraging my large family and friends to go elsewhere too, where they can be treated as well as other customers.
