I was shocked on how this place treats their customers/patients. First off I'm a product of police brutality I have PTSD so when I'm going to get my meds I don't need the owner treating me suspect and treating me as harsh as he did. I'm not going into detail but when I was asking simple questions he got rude and pretty much said if it was up to him "customers/patients he wouldn't give free meds on your birthday" instead of saying happy birthday. Instead he said "this is a pharmacy not a charity".When I said he doesn't care about reviews he said "he didn't give 2 SH&?$ about them ppl". So I ask for his manager and he told me he is the owner I was incomplete shock! I told him I was going to write a bad review. He flew off the handle told me to leave I did. I came back to ask his name and he try to apologize. I didn't except it was to soon. So he freaked and told me to leave again I told him when my son is done I would, he said leave now or I'm going to call the police....... folks? OMG I told my son lets go lol he still pursued on calling the police. I can't believe I'm going to get meds for my condition and this guy pushed my PTSD button. I wouldn't give this place a time of day and I know a lot of ppl in this city with their medical card. That's a lot of money lost for Ultra Health. This owner needs to be careful, he might come across someone that can't control their PTSD as well as most. He got me on a good day.
Absolutely awesome place. Took my gma to the dispensary in the back. They treated her so good and got her everything she needed for her medical use. Bomb place.
If I could give a negative star I would. The owner was a complete jerk when we walked in he was even rude to another medical pacient walking in even the staff was rude I couldn't even look at prices. Quality is low on flower smells like actual grass. They lost my business and respect don't go !! If your taking people hundreds of dollars to spend you should be treated with respect half theses people coming in have mental disabilities and should not be talked Down to. Shame on your business .I hope you Learn to respect the people keeping you business going. Many other dispensaries with better service prices and way better quality.
This New Mexico cannabis dispensary is one of the most out standing dispensaries I have gone to here in alberqure. I have gone to Many and have seaned many set ups. This place is one of my favorite and I go here about 2 times a week. Their staff is nice and treats you with the respect that makes your day going to birdland every time I go. Great place if you haven't gone here I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
Awesome staff. Super chill. If you have your med card, some of the best quality/prices in town.
