You can't go in without an appointment, but then you wait hours after your appointment time. Taxes are illegal
This place is ridiculous. People working here have awful attitudes and they are no help whatsoever. Its also impossible to set up an appointment there and when you do finally get an appointment you have 5minutes to talk to them and explain what you need help with. I have been there twice within February and may and I asked for a longer appointment so i would not be rushed and still only got 5minutes.

How does anyone get help from this flim flam place. It takes 20 mins. to get thru the prompts and no one ever answers the phone. Why do we pay these people??
This place is HORRRIBLEEE!!! I am having a very difficult time obtaining what I need and they are NOT helping me AT ALLL!!!!!! I Have contacted them 3 times including going all the way to their office and they are awful at helping!! Why can't people do their job! They don't even deserve 1 start.. MY GOODNESS!
